We’re delighted to share that Matt Oliver, a technology, change and architecture expert with over 20 years of experience, joined The Evolution Group UK as Director of Professional Services.

Matt has built a unique skill set covering all areas of change delivery during his career to date. His most recent work history, spanning the best part of a decade, has been spent within the Building Society sector at Nottingham Building Society, during which time he was leading the change function and the start of the transformation Programme.

Matt has a great skill set in change management where he’s perfectly comfortable in the delivery and design phases, as well as helping senior stakeholders shape strategy around the art of the possible and building a deliverable roadmap.

The Evolution Group UK has been growing its presence in the UK building society market over the past year, and Matt’s appointment to the team, with his in-depth knowledge of that market, is an indication of our commitment to provide continuous advancements in our service to that sector.
