Matt is an Outcome-focused exec level leader with success translating strategies into high-impact technical platforms, frameworks, and systems across a mix of settings, including IT, retail and heavily regulated finance. A key delivery partner for tactical & strategic planning, impact assessment and change management – sensitively navigates ambiguity while educating Board/Exco stakeholders on the outcomes and the technology landscape.

Utilises communication skills to articulate complex subjects in easy-to-digest formats to non-technical or business audiences, culminating in improved customer experiences and great outcomes. Adopts a motivational leadership style to empower high-performing teams while leading critical strategic initiatives in line with multimillion-pound budgets.

Perfectly comfortable building teams and functions to work with SAFe/Agile/Scrum, as well as more traditional delivery methodologies – and leading and directing teams to deliver the outcomes required.

In his recent career Matt built and lead a Change function within a highly regulated and risk adverse Building Society setting.  Leading and building each team, including recruiting & resourcing in line with business expectations and strategic requirements. This was key to delivering successful outcomes in a company wide transformation.
