Sean is a Programme and Project specialist having spent the majority of his career in this profession across a range of industries including telecommunications, defence & intelligence sectors, finance and major public sector programmes.

Skilled in major transformation programmes having led on a number of business merger and reorganisation programmes, Sean’s key USP is in building and developing internal project teams so that client organisations inherit a strong change capability once the programme is delivered.

Sean has held a number of senior and board levels roles in programmes and transformation and continues to serve on Boards as a NED. Having this background and experience means that Sean ensures strong strategic and operational alignment and corporate governance within the programmes he manages.

Sean is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the BCS and holds a range of professional qualifications. He also trains, coaches and mentors project professionals.
