Zoe is a Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of working across areas within Guernsey’s public sector.

She has experience in requirements gathering and analysis, building stakeholder relationships, project management and taking clients through change.  She enjoys supporting clients through both large-scale transformational change and smaller-scale business process improvements.

She is passionate about driving transformation to allow for more efficient and cost-effective working practices whilst improving experiences for organisations and customers.  She thrives on building relationships with clients to understand their needs, challenge their current ways of working and find and implement solutions.
